1. Eligibility for Returns
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• A valid order ID or proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
• Opened or used skincare products
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Clearance or promotional items
3. Refund Process
• After we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business
days.
4. Return Shipping
• Return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
• Use a trackable courier service when returning items.
